Convert JPG to PDF — combine photos into a document

Arrange photos into a PDF using A4, Letter or original-size pages. The document is created in your browser.

Photo order becomes page order

Combine receipts, assignments, or photographed pages into one PDF with a clear reading order. A single document helps the recipient keep track of the pages. This does not recognize text like OCR or automatically straighten a photographed sheet. Check each photo’s orientation and readability before combining the set.

Add photos and drag their thumbnails or use the earlier/later buttons. Rotate individual images if needed. Choose paper size and margins, then save one PDF page per photo.

  1. Add the photos and arrange them from first to last.
  2. Rotate upside-down pages, then choose paper size and margins.
  3. Save the PDF and check the page count, order, and text near the edges.
Will the photo be cropped to fit the paper?

The entire photo is fitted inside the page while preserving its proportions. A photo with a different aspect ratio from A4 may leave margins. It is not automatically cropped to fill the sheet.

Will text in the PDF be searchable?

No OCR is performed. Receipts and photographed documents are embedded as images. Use a separate OCR tool if you need searchable text.

Which paper size suits a long receipt?

Fitting a long receipt onto a fixed A4 page may make its text very small. Consider a page sized to the image, or prepare several readable sections without losing content. If the recipient specifies a paper size, follow that requirement first. Check the exported PDF rather than relying only on a small preview.

How can I make the PDF smaller?

Remove blank or duplicate images first, then consider reducing the source photos’ dimensions and file sizes. Combining them into a PDF does not guarantee compression. For documents, check that small numbers remain legible after reducing the images and before making the PDF.

Can I change the page order later?

Reorder the source photos here and save a new PDF. A copy you already sent will not change, so give the revised file a clear name. If local work records have been cleared, you may need to add the original photos again. Keep important source files on your device.
